Game increasingly prevalent
Thursday, October 15th, 2009If the first game just a little monopoly, it is different with what happened today. Now it is not unusual anymore when a father can sit for hours with his son in a speed race game. And this is what happens now, gaming is not the monopoly of a small child again.
The name game is now virtually a universal toy. Ranging from toddlers to young adults had not felt familiar with the name game. If the first one might only know GameWatch or Game Boy, now people can choose a variety of media play. To play games, now we just choose, to use desktop computers only (PC) or via a laptop, or may be through gaming equipment manufacturers such as PlayStation or Xbox. Even today the PlayStation also has issued its gaming equipment in the personal version, called the PSP. At first glance, PSP itself may be reminiscent of the Game Boy era, where a game can be played anywhere through a device whose size is only slightly larger than a phone. Equipment offered support any game now is very diverse, ranging from standard mouse & keyboard, QuickCam, headset, joystick, Gamepad, racing wheel, PlayGear, and so forth.
